Do You Need More Hours in Your Day?

Every busy person knows the problem: how do you squeeze in enough working hours in the day to make sufficient income to satisfy the ever-increasing demands of family and other commitments?

In conventional employment you get paid hourly, weekly or monthly for the hours you work: if you need more money, you take on an extra job, or your spouse goes out to work to make ends meet. What more and more people are discovering today is that there are just not enough hours in the day to earn the income they need to survive - never mind to eat out in nice restaurants or enjoy expensive holidays. In the 80s if a family had two people earning they had a decent lifestyle - now even with one or both partners doing two  jobs, the notion of lifestyle has gone out of the window!

How to Make More Hours in Your Day

No - we haven't invented a new time system! It is simply the ingenious mechanism of time-leverage that is central to Network Marketing. As you develop an ever-larger business by expanding your team, the more hours are being worked, and the bigger your income. So if you can work in your business for 10 hours per week, and you have a dozen people in your team doing the same, you are earning bonuses on 130 hours. After a year or so you might have hundreds in your network and hence your bonuses are based upon thousands of hours. That is time-leverage.

Why Networking?

Network Marketing of products to distribute them directly from the manufacturer to the customer started in the USA fifty years ago. Our company, Forever Living Products, was formed in the US in 1978 and launched in the UK in 1993. This industry sector has grown in the UK over the last ten to fifteen years, until now it is as familiar as franchising. In a franchise, however, you work in a specific location (even for mobile operations) and you pay the franchisor a percentage of your turnover every month in perpetuity.

Why Networking?...continued

Most importantly, you have to lay out a large franchise fee - usually tens or even hundreds of thousands of pounds.

In networking, on the other hand, we still have the same kind of 'blueprint for success' as in franchising, but the company pays us generous monthly bonuses, which increase steadily as our distributor team grows and develops over time - and, most importantly, there is no initial fee to pay.

Pension-style Income

Perhaps the most exciting aspect of a network marketing business is the way it eventually develops to yield a pension-style income - often within three to five years of start-up. If you have ever owned a conventional small business, you will know how vital it is to become established within the first five years - and how pleased you are to have survived! The notion that at this stage you could retire and have an income for life is laughable. This is because most of us in small businesses are still just trading our time for money - hardly any different from being in paid employment.

If you are looking for all the joys of being your own boss, of doing your own thing, and getting out of the helter-skelter existence of long hours for inadequate reward - then take a serious look at network marketing. We think our opportunity is the best on offer: we are definitely the right company in the right place at the right time - and with the right mix of natural health and nutrition products to carry us forward into the new millennium.

FLP UK has announced growth of over 20% in the year 2012-2013 a great achievement in these difficult times.
